Houston: Tony Romo and 2017 1st round pick
Dallas: JJ Watt
22 Jan 2017 17:33:26
Is this a joke?
21 Jan 2017 04:40:14
I think the safest bet in the draft other than Garrett going 1st overall is the Colts grabbing Cook in the first round. Gore is just getting too old and they don't have anything behind him. Cook isn't better than Fourenett but he is more balanced and should be a good fit for him and should help out the passing game because now teams need to try and stop the run as well and not just worry about Hilton Moncreefe and Dorcette and Allen. The Clots should be good next year if they are able to land Cook and some other pieces.

What do you guys think? I know it is a lot but I feel like this would be the Pats best rout to take to help them save money get younger and keep all their young players as well as filling a big problem in the return game.

Packers First 4 rds of 2017 draft
1st Marlon Humphery
2nd Tj Watt
3rd Jake Butt
4th Vince Biegel
19 Jan 2017 13:05:42
Packers don't have a need for Butt
21 Jan 2017 14:23:17
actually I guess they do since Cook is a FA except Butt is expected to miss the whole season so he would not be any help they should go out and get Hodges or Leggett in a later round so they get production right from the start. Butt would be a good fit for the Cowboys, Browns, Cardinals, Bears, Dolphins, and Titans but not the Packers since the other Rogers will do fine. In the end all I am really saying is not to waste a pick on Butt when they could get a better player to fill a bigger need

Bears off season
CB a. j. bouye
CB captain munnerlyn
De Chris long it's a need and brotherly love
I feel that our offensive line is not bad with a rookie leading rusher but needs to be addressed in draft.
Bears more then likely resign Jeffrey but they negotiate a cheaper deal then top tier money but not a lot less.
We sign a few of our guys back a sign a few other free agents but I posted what bears should sign right away for money.
#3 I want to trade back if possible but if I have too pick here it's Malik hooker fs and move back Amos to ss. With the bears signing 2 cbs in free agency add hooker and the bears secondary is revamped fast. The bears have also drafted a few young cbs and safeties last yr so interesting how they perform yr 2.
Bears trade the patriots
Bears get garoppolo
Patriots get Bears #36 and next year's 2nd round pick. I feel this is a fair deal for both teams
#67 Malachi Dupre-wr
#100 Jordan leggett-TE
#106 David sharpe-OT
#131 mantravius adams-DT
#193 Sean harlow-OT

Love the Jimmy G trade
20 Jan 2017 20:20:59
I'm a Bears fan, and don't get me wrong I would love of all this happened, but I think your underestimating a lot of the costs. Bouye is going to get Franchised, there is zero chance Jeffrey is signed for cheaper than expected and he's probably as good as gone, Jimmy G isn't moving for anything less than a 1st rounder. Montravious Adams won't get past the second round.
20 Jan 2017 23:17:59
50/ 50 Bouye gets franchised, Texans don't have a lot of cap room and a franchise tag would take a lot of it and Texans have huge holes, plus this draft is extremely deep corners. Pick 36 is basically a first rounder
19 Jan 2017 01:02:52
Who says no?
Houston: Tony Romo
Dallas: JJ Watt

Houston does. They laugh out loud.

Browns would be dumb to bring in Jeffery they are better off bringing back Pryer
18 Jan 2017 18:16:51
Patriots trade: Jimmy G
Browns trade: Pick 12, future 5th round
Jimmy G is hands down better than any QB in the draft, he would be the franchise QB on 20-25 or so teams.
Patriots move up in the draft allowing them to take a huge talent
18 Jan 2017 19:10:26
CLE won't trade a 1st rounder for 1 year of Garropolo at his rookie pay. They will likely wait until next year to sign him (because NE won't pay him and Brady) . They are loading up talent before they bring in their franchise QB.
18 Jan 2017 20:26:25
Cleveland has no offensive leader, their fans won't want another 1-2 win season which is what it's looking like if they don't get an established QB this offseason, they can't draft QBs at all they're like the Jets. However Jimmy G will be gone by the preseason that's how New England does things. They will get a 1st round pick for him or at the least a high second and more picks. Also Cleveland could always hit him with the franchise tag
18 Jan 2017 05:24:33
I am hearing the Rivers really wants to get traded to the 49ers so he doesn't have to move his family to LA which I respect. But then the Chargers have a need at QB unless one of the QBs on the 49ers is going back I highly doubt they would be and I doubt that the Chargers have another QB that they like on their roster so that leaves a few options I think for their starting QB role if they do trade Rivers and they are:
Bradford (if Bridgwater is healthy)
Cousins (probably not but why not)
I know this is a long list but I feel like the top 2 options in my opinion would be Romo and Glenon. Romo offers the veteran presence that they had in Rivers but is not cheap by any means and would need to be traded for. Where as Mike Glenon is cheaper and younger and is a FA so they don't need to trade for him.
In the end I can't see the Chargers trading Rivers but I feel like they know what he wants and might trade him just to respect his wishes but if they do deal him Romo and Gelnon are the front runners to replace him in my opinion.
what do you guys think?

Why the hell would you draft Fournette? You already have Ivery and Yeldon they complement each other nicely and see no real need there. I see them going with Johnathan Allen and based off your lineup you have no center and no middle linebacker how does that work?
18 Jan 2017 13:37:17
Ivory and Yeldon combined for 3.8 YPC last year and they finished in the bottom 5 in rushing. They are not good. Fournette helps control the clock and take the pressure off Bortles to throw so much. I did forget to enter a C. I think they sign someone to a small deal to slot in. As for MLB, this would be based of a 4-2-5 coverage which JAX ran quite a bit last year.

Bears trade browns
Browns get #3
Bears get #12,#52,#97 and a third round pick 2018
16 Jan 2017 19:55:49
These type of trades usually don't happen until draft day, and it would cost the Brown's at least both of their 2nd round picks to move up from 12 to 3.
11 Jan 2017 21:41:09
I see they have weakness everywhere but here is what they should do:
QB: don't do anything wait till next year and grab Josh Rosen as he is a better fit for them in my opinion. And move on from Mccown and have RGIII and Kesler as the 2 QBs on the roster.
RB: Re-sign Crowell he and Johnson are a good combination of ground and pound and Johnson is a faster and is able to catch passes.
FB: Just keep who is there
WR: they need to bring back Pryer he was great for them and him paired with Colman are pretty good and they just need to add a 3rd receiver who I could see being Aiken he is a combination of speed and and possion that you would want plus he is a vetren guy who can teach the younger players.
TE: there is no major need here at the moment but Barnege (spelt wrong) isn't getting any younger. I can see them going out and drafting Bucky Hodges out of VT to be be his replacement in a few years.
RT: Pasztor did a pretty good job and I think he has earned the job as a starter next year, they could always bring in depth but as of now I think he gets the start.
RG: I could possibly see them going out and getting Norwell in FA but if not they have an ok guy there right now in Bailey but if they are able to upgrade for a decent price they should do it.
C: I see them getting Posech the center out of LSU in the 2nd or 3rd round to become the new starter
LG: Batonio is going to return and be the starter at this spot and should do a good job
LT: 2 words for you "Joe Thomas" I do see them grabbing some depth at the position in the later rounds of the draft because Thomas isn't getting any younger.
DE: Myles Garrett will be one of their DEs next year the only other question is who will the other one be and I see it being Ogbah. They already have him but he is starting at OLB but I see him as a better DE.
DT: they have Shelton there but I could see them adding depth still by signing someone like Devin Still.
OLB: they need to bring back Collins if they want to keep moving in the right direction and they also need to bring in another OLB to start on the other side of him and I see that guy being Shaq Barrett he is a young option that won't cost them big bucks
ILB: they have Kirksey and Davis starting there but I think they messed up but letting Scooby Wright III go for nothing, he is going to be pretty good I think but there is nothing we can do about that no so they should go out and get a guy like Todd Davis as depth
CB: Joe Hadden is still their #1 CB and they need to bring in someone to become their #2 and I see that person being Prince Amukamara he is still young enough to develop more and would fit right in and Briean Boddy-Calhoun will be their nickel guy. Also Cut Tramon Williams and his insane contract.
FS: They should re-sign Rahim Moore since he is still young and fills a position of need.
SS: Jamall Adams is the pick here I think. The Browns have 2 first round picks and they use them on big play makers. Adams would step right in and start from day one.
Special teams: I don't know what to expect but either way they will have someone starting at K P LS and KRs and PRs but I don't know who to put. And realize that no of this is probably going to happen other than Mayle Garrett being picked #1 and stuff like that this is just how I think the Browns can get better and stay younger and have money to spend on future FAs and to re-sign their guys before they hit free agency.
I know this is long and a lot of info and might be hard to follow. But what do you think?
14 Jan 2017 14:41:52
Since Moore just got signed I see them trying to get J. J Wilcox who is just as good and possibly even a better fit.
11 Jan 2017 03:53:08
The Raiders are one of my favorite teams of all time. I see them having a bright future but they still have some holes to fill. Like I have said before they should try to get Micah Hyde from GB he is a starting caliber FS that is blocked and if GB can get something for him (4th-5th round pick) they should do it and so should the Raiders. They made a rare mistake and brought in Nelson who is on the wrong side of 30. And this years safety class is weak. I also see the need at tackle linebacker and receiver. I am torn on if they should take the MLB Cunnigham or the WR Ross in the 1st round but I see them taking Cunningham because they can grab a good WR in the 2nd round of the draft where as the linebacker talent is not as deep. Who knows Ross could slip to the 2nd round but if not I see them getting Jordan Lewis to play the nickle spot along side Smith and Amerson. I see them getting Dede Westbrook in the 3rd round to be their new starting slot receiver. Any time you can get a Hisman finalist in the 3rd round at a position of need you are in pretty good shape. The only problem now is finding a tackle because Watson is a FA and they should move on from Howard and his big cap hit. They should sign Rieff to a 3-4 year deal and also draft a young tackle to eventually replace Penn who isn't getting any younger. I am also conflicted over if they should bring in another LB or just re-sign Smith. If they sign anyone I could see them adding Shaquille Barrett.
I know this is a lot of information and might be hard to follow but is what I think the Raiders have to do to become a better team
10 Jan 2017 13:45:36
Raiders get: Hyde, 5th round pick in 2017 draft
GB gets: Nelson, 4th round pick in 2017 draft
This give the Raiders a younger option that is capable of starting but is blocked in GB plus they get a late round pick that they could use to draft a project tackle because Penn isn't getting any younger.
This gives the Raiders a veteran presence that could swing between free and strong safety. I know that this is an older more expensive option that they got in return but they also got a decent pick in return as well ( the Raiders could also give up a 3rd instead of a 4th if needed) .
The Raiders need to resign Murray, Riley Jr. Smith, Rivera, McGee and one of Roberts or Holmes. They also need to either draft/ sign/ trade for a better tackle to replace Watson and then a better WR to put in the slot, this is where I could see them going in the first round and getting John Ross from Washington. But other than that they just need to draft depth for the future or trade away picks for better future picks.
