I’d say Clowney would prefer a longer deal and he probably won’t get 20 mil a year. Ngakoue trade seems reasonable but again, probably won’t get 20 mil.

Forgot to sign Jason Peters to a 1 year and $8 million deal. He could play either starting tackle position opposite Thomas and push Flemming into a swing tackle role which he is more suited for.

First, you have the Giants lined up in a 4-3, but their personnel is not in sync. Hill and Williams are not ends in a 4-3. Miller and Clowney would be hands down, not at OLB. Secondly, the Giants would be silly to sign Clowney to that contract ON TOP OF trading for Miller. Golden was very productive and would cost half (if not less) the price. Lastly, Travathan is not worth that money. Connelly would be sufficient and cost a 10th of the price.

With recent roster cuts and possibly a few more to come the Giants should have $50-$60 million in cap space. Their defense desperately needs to be revamped in a big way and their offense could use another reliable weapon because Cruz hasn't played in over a year and you can only throw to Beckham so many times a game.
