Jets offseason

NYJ- 2021 1st, 2022 3rd, Jordan Wilkins
IND- Sam Darnold

If the Jets land the #1 pick, they would not pass on Lawrence. I think Darnold is a good QB, but he is going into his 4th year and the Jets are starting another rebuild. they wouldn't want to invest significant money into the position when there are too many holes elsewhere. The Colts have a very good oline and running game to give Darnold time to opporate and with Rivers and Brissett coming off the books, they can work out an extension. Wilkins has shown flashes, but is burried on the depth chart. Bell will be released so there is playing time available in NY.

RELEASE
RB Le'Veon Bell
OT George Fant
OT Greg Van Roten

These cuts, plus the trade of Darnold gives the Jets $95 million in cap space for 2021.

SIGN
QB Cam Newton 1 year $20 million

TRADE
CIN- #5, #18, #39, 2021 1st, 2021 3rd, Josh Rosen
MIA- #1 & Billy Price

Cincinnati has done a very good job filling holes in Free Agency. However, they still lack depth. Burrow seems like he would play in Cincy, but would rather not. Miami has a ton of draft picks and is ambitious to move up. I'd make the move if I were Cincy

I like the idea a lot. However if Lions can’t trade down with Dolphins I see them taking Okudah. Maybe take Simmons at 5?

Dallas Offseason

Expanding on an idea from Cjhutchens815.

DAL- 2020 1st (#6), 2020 2nd (#37), 2021 1st, 2021 3rd
LAC- Dak Prescott

If Dallas and Dak continue struggling to find a number, Dallas should truly entertain the idea of trading him. This would put the leverage back in their hands. If Dak really wants to stay in Dallas he would then sign, if not then they could load up on draft picks and sign Winston. If this kind of offer came about, I would pull the trigger. Winston would be more than able to carry this team with the line and Zeke.

SIGN
QB Jameis Winston 2 years $50 million ($30 guaranteed)

Basically a 1 year prove it deal with the option to be 2 if he earns it. Dallas could potentially draft a QB at 6 if they love one, or ride with Winston who is still young and talented.

SS Karl Joseph 3 years $21 million ($14 guaranteed)

DRAFT
1- Jeff Okudah, CB
1- K'Lavon Chiasson, DE
2- Jeremy Chinn, S
2- Jalen Reagor, WR
3- Jake Fromm, QB

QB- Jameis Winston
RB- Ezekiel Elliott
WR- Amari Cooper
WR- Michael Gallup
WR- Jalen Reagor
TE- Blake Jarwin
LT- Tyron Smith
LG- Connor Williams
C- Travis Fredrick
RG- Zach Martin
RT- La'el Collins

LE- Demarcus Lawrence
RE- K'Lavon Chiasson
DT- Gerald McCoy
DT- Antwan Woods
OLB- Leighton Vander-Esch
MLB- Jaylon Smith
CB- Jeff Okudah
CB- Chidobe Awuzie
CB- Jourdan Lewis
FS- Xavier Woods

That Dion Jones trade is arguably the worst proposal I've ever seen on here. You realize Fitzpatrick alone is better than him, then you want Pit to add a 1st with it lol. Stop.

So many things wrong with this. First, SD is LA. Second, Dak would fetch more than that. Third, The Chargers have the 6th pick, not the 4th. Fourth, Brady wouldn't be the guy Dallas targets. They would go after a Winston or someone else young to grow with.

He's on the Bears. I think he ends up there and competes for a spot with Mitch.

Signing Ngakoue and Peat means tanking? No, they're a young team that would be served to let Fitzpatrick start one more year and build their roster so the QB that takes over next year has talent around him.

First, you have the Giants lined up in a 4-3, but their personnel is not in sync. Hill and Williams are not ends in a 4-3. Miller and Clowney would be hands down, not at OLB. Secondly, the Giants would be silly to sign Clowney to that contract ON TOP OF trading for Miller. Golden was very productive and would cost half (if not less) the price. Lastly, Travathan is not worth that money. Connelly would be sufficient and cost a 10th of the price.
