This gives CLE a bunch of young talent to build around. They are positioned to get another top pick next year where they can grab either Sam Darnold or Josh Rosen as their QB of the future. They would be smart to build their defense first then bring in the QB to give him a better change to succeed.

You are seriously considering playoff Garrett at OLb he is a DE he isn't like Colwney they are better off drafting Watt ver Micdowell and playing him at OLB. Other than that this is a lot of moving parts and I don't see much of this if any happening out side of them drafting Garrett and resigning Pryor.

Garrett and Clowney are the same size so when you say, he is not like him, you're incorrect. Garrett will play OLB most of the time. He can play with his hand down or standing up (ala Mack) . Also the Browns have about $100 million in cap space. They HAVE to spend 80% for the league to not fine them.

Pryor's getting way mor than that wherever he signs.
