There are two issues I see with this in practicality, first Mathew Stafford would probably be better staying where he is at and second I think P Lynch is a really big gamble of a prospect. Though I will say I absolutely love the idea of a proven franchise quarterback for a top level draft prospect.

CLE wouldn't benefit by this at all. they're not a QB away from contending. They need a lot of help on the defensive side. Stafford would make them a 5 win team. they need to add young talent, not trade for an expensive QB who won't help them take the next step.
